1. Meet with a listing agent. You want to set up a consultation where your agent can help you formulate a plan and discuss your specific needs.
2. Make improvements. In our current market, you may not need to make many upgrades, but there are certain things buyers are looking for, and having them will certainly help maximize your profits.

3. Declutter and clean. Get everything out of the house that you don’t genuinely need. Buyers want to see the house for what it is, and they see more of your house if you declutter. Think less is more. Having your home professionally cleaned will help it look its absolute best.
4. Staging and photos. Having your home professionally staged and photographed makes all the difference. A stager will help you move furniture and give your rooms the best flow. When it comes to furniture, living in a home is a little different than selling a home. For photography, you want a professional that will use wide-angle lenses, and show your house in the best light. Buyers are online looking, and we want to provide them the best images possible.
