2. Buyers have fewer houses to choose from during the holiday season, which means less competition for you and (likely) more money in your pocket.
3. The supply of listings will increase dramatically come January, and there will be less demand for your particular home—less demand means less money for you. Don’t wait until yours is just one of many viable options for buyers.
