When Is the Right Time To Sell?
Here are three factors we believe will invigorate the winter market.

Traditionally, the right time to sell your home has been from New Year's Eve until Thanksgiving, because we traditionally see less activity during the holiday season. People are usually thinking about the holidays more than buying or selling homes. However, things are different this year. Here are three good reasons why we don't think the market will slow down during the holiday season:
1. Inventory is still low. We have more buyers than ever and they haven't been able to find the house they wanted over the summer or fall. They'll likely keep looking throughout the winter.
2. Interest rates are still historically low. This is motivating buyers to get into the market. They want to take advantage of these low rates while we still have them.
3. Local businesses are looking to hire. These people need somewhere to live and will be looking for a home.
We believe that these three factors should invigorate what would traditionally be a slower period in our market. If you want to figure out where your house fits into the market, give me a call. I'd love to sit down with you or meet over Zoom. I look forward to hearing from you.
